Tropical Green Energy Smoothie

This tropical green energy smoothie has my favorite secret ingredient for that extra perk without the crash! This is my go to coffee detox smoothie when I am coming off caffeine.
Serves: 2 servings
  • 2-4 cups of greens (I love spinach or kale)
  • 1½ cups milk (or almond/hemp/etc milk)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup papaya
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • ½ cup whole milk yogurt (We love Nancy's yogurt!)
  • 1 teaspoon-1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • ice (optional)
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend on high for 90 seconds. Drink immediately.
If you aren't used to eating nutritional yeast start with 1 teaspoon and work up from there until you are used to it's taste and affect on your body.
