This healthy yogurt poppy seed dressing is the perfect spinach salad dressing! It only takes 5 ingredients and 30 seconds to whisk up!
Serves: ¾ cup
  • ½ cup Nancy's whole milk yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon good quality extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey (preferably raw and local)
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • pinch of salt and pepper (optional)
  1. Whisk all ingredients together.
Serving Size: 2 tablespoons is approximately 45 calories and 3 grams of fat.
