From Scratch Pizza Ravioli Bites

Serves: 4 servings
  • 4-5 eggs
  • 3 ½ cups flour
  • 1-3 tablespoons water
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup pizza sauce (plus more for dipping)
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • ¼ cup pepperoni diced
  • ¼ cup bread crumbs
  • Melted butter
  1. Add eggs, flour, water and salt to stand mixer. Mix until combined adding the last egg or additional water if needed.
  2. Switch to dough hook and knead for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Turn out on the table and knead by hand for 2 additional minutes.
  4. Wrap in plastic wrap and store in fridge for 15 minutes.
  5. Cut in 3 pieces and roll out. Feed through pasta rollers on largest setting, then #1 and #2 levels.
  6. Add to ravioli maker.
  7. Combine pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni together. Add filling in slowly 1-2 scoops at a time while turning the ravioli maker.
  8. Allow to dry for 15 minutes. Separate the raviolis.
  9. Brush with butter and top with bread crumbs.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
  11. Serve with extra pizza sauce.
