Salad Kit Chicken Salad Pitas

Serves: 4 pita halves
  • 1 rotisserie chicken, meat shredded
  • ½-1 cup plain full fat yogurt
  • 1 salad kit
  • 2 pitas (warmed and cut in half)
  • salt and pepper
  • optional: lemon juice, hummus, extra fruit like apples or grapes, seeds or nuts etc
  1. Toss shredded chicken, yogurt and salad kit goodies bag contents together.
  2. Stuff pita halves with salad, hummus (optional) and chicken salad.
