Champagne Jello Shots

Champagne Jello shots are a sure-fire way to get the bubbly flowing at a Valentines Day, wedding, baby shower or bridal party. This recipe is festive, fun, and so easy to make!

Ingredients

Jello Shots

  • 1 cup champagne
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp unflavored gelatin 3 packets
  • 1/3 cup vodka
  • 1 cup ginger ale or lemon-lime soda

Garnish

Instructions

  • Add champagne, sugar, and lemon juice to a medium saucepan. Sprinkle with the gelatin and allow to bloom for 3 minutes, do not stir.
  • Once the gelatin has bloomed, heat the mixture over low heat and whisk until the gelatin has dissolved.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vodka and ginger ale or soda, let carbonation fizz out and then evenly pour into 1 ounce container cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  • Garnish with sparkling sugar, mint leaf and fresh raspberry just before serving. Enjoy!
