Tzatziki Sauce Recipe

1 medium cucumber peeled and small diced
1 cup Whole Milk Yogurt
juice of ½ a lemon to taste
2 teaspoons minced garlic or more if you love it!
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
cayenne pepper to taste if desired
