Ingredients
Chili:
1lbground beef
2TBMinced garlic
3small onions diced
1Can Kidney Beans
2cans Cannellini Beans
1can Pinto beans
1can Great Northern Beans
2cans diced tomatoes
2cans tomato sauce
cumin
black pepper
mama garlic- sea salt garliclemon peel, onion, parsley & black pepper
cayenne pepper
Toppings: cheese onionschives, etc.
Sandwiches:
Bread
Peanut Butter
Fillings- Honey BananasJam, etc.
Instructions
1. Brown ground beef, garlic, and onions in saute pan till beef is cooked through. Onions do not need to be cooked completely through, they will soften in chili further. 2. Add meat mixture, beans and tomatoes to 6-quart crockpot. 3. Season liberally with cumin, pepper, mama garlic (or comparable seasoning mix). 4. Adjust heat to taste with cayenne, heat will intensify over time so start with less than you think it needs. 5. Cook on low for 3-6 hours. 6. Holds well on warm. 7. Assemble peanut butter sandwiches and serve with chili and milk. 8. Enjoy!
