Ingredients

  • Chili:
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 TB Minced garlic
  • 3 small onions diced
  • 1 Can Kidney Beans
  • 2 cans Cannellini Beans
  • 1 can Pinto beans
  • 1 can Great Northern Beans
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes

  • Sandwiches:

Instructions

  • 1. Brown ground beef, garlic, and onions in saute pan till beef is cooked through. Onions do not need to be cooked completely through, they will soften in chili further.
    2. Add meat mixture, beans and tomatoes to 6-quart crockpot.
    3. Season liberally with cumin, pepper, mama garlic (or comparable seasoning mix).
    4. Adjust heat to taste with cayenne, heat will intensify over time so start with less than you think it needs.
    5. Cook on low for 3-6 hours.
    6. Holds well on warm.
    7. Assemble peanut butter sandwiches and serve with chili and milk.
    8. Enjoy!
