  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 carrot chopped
  • ½ cup mango frozen or fresh
  • ½ banana frozen or fresh
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp ginger fresh grated
  • mint garnish


  • Add all ingredients, liquids first to the blender. Starting the blender on low speed, blend until smooth. If needed gradually increase to higher speeds and blend until smooth.
  • Garnish with mint. Enjoy!
