Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 3 oranges peeled
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 inch piece of ginger peeled and minced finely

Instructions

  • 1. Add the coconut water, oranges, banana, yogurt, turmeric powder and ginger to the blender.
  • 2. Starting the blender at a low speed, blend until smooth.
  • 3. If needed gradually increase to higher speeds and blend until smooth.
  • 4. Enjoy!
