Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (yellow, white or both)
  • 1 red pepper diced
  • ½ cup pre-cooked hamburger meat drained
  • 1 Jalapenos diced
  • ¼ bunch cilantro chopped
  • ½ cup Cojtia cheese
  • ½ cup sliced black olives
  • ½ cup salsa
  • ½ cup guacamole Sun-Dried Tomato Bacon Guacamole recipe
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions sliced into rounds

Instructions

  • Place tortilla chips in a large, cast-iron skillet, and spread them out.
  • Top with shredded cheese, red peppers, pre-cooked hamburger meat, jalapenos, and cover with foil.
  • Place skillet on fire and cook until cheese has melted. About 15-30 minutes.
  • Remove from fire and let cool for 5 minutes.
  • Top with cilantro, Cojita cheese, black olives, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and green onions.
  • Serve and enjoy!
