- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheese (yellow, white or both)
- 1 red pepper diced
- ½ cup pre-cooked hamburger meat drained
- 1 Jalapenos diced
- ¼ bunch cilantro chopped
- ½ cup Cojtia cheese
- ½ cup sliced black olives
- ½ cup salsa
- ½ cup guacamole Sun-Dried Tomato Bacon Guacamole recipe
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 green onions sliced into rounds
Place tortilla chips in a large, cast-iron skillet, and spread them out.
Top with shredded cheese, red peppers, pre-cooked hamburger meat, jalapenos, and cover with foil.
Place skillet on fire and cook until cheese has melted. About 15-30 minutes.
Remove from fire and let cool for 5 minutes.
Top with cilantro, Cojita cheese, black olives, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and green onions.
Serve and enjoy!
