Instructions
1. Add butter and onion to a stovetop slow cooker and sauté until tender (if your slow cooker is not stovetop safe you can do this in a pan or cook on high for 1 hour in the slow cooker. You can also eliminate this step entirely if you are in a rush but it does make it extra tasty.)2. Add broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, pepper, and chuck roast to slow cooker.3. Cook on low for 8 hours or until meat falls apart when shredded with a fork.4. Butter hoagies and crisp up on the hot pan. Top with meat, provolone cheese, pickles and/or pickled banana peppers. Serve with extra juice on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
