  • 1 stalk fresh rhubarb leaves removed stems chopped in 1-inch chunks *SEE NOTES
  • ½ pint fresh strawberries stem removed
  • 8 ounces of milk or coconut milk
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen is delicious too!
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • ½ teaspoon bee pollen optional


  • 1. Add the milk, rhubarb, strawberries, banana, and ice to the blender.2. Blend.3. Top with a sprinkle of bee pollen on top if desired. Enjoy!


Rhubarb leaves are poisonous, most come just as stalks but if you harvest it fresh be sure to remove all leaf matter before using the stalks or you could end up quite sick.
