Ingredients

  • 2 cup pineapple diced
  • ½ cup kiwi diced
  • 2 cups clementines peeled and pulled apart into slices
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
  • Garnish with Dried cranberries

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine pineapple, kiwi, clementines, and pomegranate seeds.
  • Lightly toss together.
  • In a small bowl whisk together honey, lime juice, and poppy seeds.
  • Drizzle over fruit and toss until coated. 
  • Garnish with dried cranberries.
  • Plate and serve. Enjoy!
