- 2 cup pineapple diced
- ½ cup kiwi diced
- 2 cups clementines peeled and pulled apart into slices
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
- Garnish with Dried cranberries
In a large bowl, combine pineapple, kiwi, clementines, and pomegranate seeds.
Lightly toss together.
In a small bowl whisk together honey, lime juice, and poppy seeds.
Drizzle over fruit and toss until coated.
Garnish with dried cranberries.
Plate and serve. Enjoy!
