  • 1 rotisserie chicken meat shredded
  • 1/2-1 cup plain full fat yogurt
  • 1 salad kit
  • 2 pitas warmed and cut in half
  • salt and pepper
  • optional: lemon juice hummus extra fruit like apples or grapes, seeds or nuts etc


  • 1. Toss shredded chicken, yogurt and salad kit goodies bag contents together.2. Stuff pita halves with salad, hummus (optional) and chicken salad. Enjoy!
