This Mongolian Beef recipe is one of our favorite family dinners for Chinese food take out, made at home! To make this an easy healthy family dinner, we serve the Mongolian Beef with brown rice.
1. Saute oil and beef in Instant pot till brown on all sides.
2. Then add ginger, garlic, soy sauce, hoisin, honey, and water in your Instant Pot. 3. Mix together. 4. Cook on pressure for 10 mins. 5. Serve hot over rice or noodles. 6. Add toppings and enjoy!
