- 2¼ teaspoons active dry yeast not instant I recommend Red Star Yeast
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup butter
- ⅓ cup honey
- 3 eggs whisked
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 5½ cups unbleached all-purpose flour plus extra
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup macadamia nuts
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- For the egg wash:
- 1 egg plus 1 tablespoon milk
- Frosting:
- ½ cup powdered sugar plus 1 tablespoon milk
