Tropical Green Energy Smoothie

This tropical green energy smoothie has my favorite secret ingredient for that extra perk without the crash! This is my go-to coffee detox smoothie when I am coming off caffeine.

Ingredients

  • 2-4 cups of greens I love spinach or kale
  • 1 1/2 cups milk or almond/hemp/etc milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup papaya
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cup whole milk yogurt We love Nancy's yogurt!
  • 1 teaspoon-1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • ice optional

Instructions

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for 90 seconds. Drink immediately.

Notes

If you aren't used to eating nutritional yeast start with 1 teaspoon and work up from there until you are used to it's taste and affect on your body.
