1. Marinate meat covered in the fridge with yogurt, wine and seasonings for 30 min-1 hour. 2. Combine cucumber, yogurt, and spices for tzatziki sauce. 3. Cook meat over medium-high heat until cooked through (3-5 minutes) and serve immediately with pita and filling ingredients.
