6ears fresh corn
1/2medium onion thinly sliced and then chopped
5tablespoonsbutter
3tablespoonshoney
1/2cuphalf and half
1/4cupspelt flour can substitute all purpose flour
6eggs
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonpepper
