Ingredients

  • 6 ears fresh corn
  • 1/2 medium onion thinly sliced and then chopped
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1/4 cup spelt flour can substitute all purpose flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
    2. Shuck corn and cut kernels off.
    3. Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    4. Bake for 1 hour.
