Cozy warm baked oatmeal filled with all the spices of a chai latte. Packed with eggs and greek yogurt for the healthy part and then covered in honey and butter to keep it all in balance.
1. Combine all ingredients in the baking pan. 2. Bake for 30-35 minutes. 3. Top with honey and butter. Broil until butter is melted. 4. Serve with almonds, milk or cream and more honey (if desired). Also it is delicious with fresh or with baked in fruit or jam.
