Ingredients

  • 6 pieces hearty whole grain bread
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/3 cup eggnog
  • 4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Butter
  • Real Maple Syrup

Instructions

  • 1. Mix eggs, eggnog, and spices together.
    2. Preheat skillet and use olive oil or butter to grease pan.
    3. Dip each piece of bread into the egg mixture.
    4. Fry until golden brown on each side.
    5. Serve with butter and syrup.
