Ingredients

  • 6 pieces hearty whole grain bread
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/3 cup eggnog
  • 4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Butter
  • Real Maple Syrup

Instructions

  • Mix eggs, eggnog, and spices together.
  • Preheat skillet and use olive oil or butter to grease pan.
  • Dip each piece of bread into the egg mixture.
  • Fry until golden brown on each side.
  • Serve with butter and syrup.
