2small tortilla
1 tomato or a few baby tomatoes
2-3slicesof mozzarella cheese or mini mozzarella balls
4leavesbasil
parmesan cheese optional
Instructions
1. Bring balsamic vinegar and honey to a boil in a small saucepan. Reduce heat to simmer and cook until thickened, about 10 minutes. 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 3. Spread hummus on tortillas. Top with tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. 4. Bake for 10 minutes. 5. Top with basil, balsamic reduction and a pinch of parmesan cheese if desired.
