2 tsp vegetable oil 2 lb beef sirloin or flank steak cut into strips 1/2 tsp ginger minced 1 tbsp garlic chopped 1/2 cup soy sauce 1 tsp Hoisin Sauce 1/2 cup water 3/4 cup honey 2 lb beef sirloin or flank steak cut into strips Toppings: Cooked rice Noodles Green beans Broccoli Green onions Sesame seeds
Saute oil and beef in Instant pot till brown on all sides.
Then add ginger, garlic, soy sauce, hoisin, honey, and water in your Instant Pot.
Mix together
Cook on pressure for 10 mins
Serve hot over rice or noodles
Add toppings and enjoy!
