These Apple Cider Champagne Margaritas are light and refreshing twist on a classic. The cider flavors mixed with the cinnamon and sugar spiced rim are a delightful combination.

Apple cider is one of the most wonderful flavors of the holidays. We paired it with bubbly champagne and the magical ingredients of margaritas to get this amazing Apple Cider Champagne Margarita. So gorgeous! I am so excited to serve these for the holidays this year. They would also be a perfect signature drink for a super classy fall wedding.

Champagne is one of those drinks that is reserved for special occasions usually, like weddings, graduations, girls night out, bridal showers, and retirements but if you’re like me…sometimes just making it through the week should count!

Bussing kids around, dealing with kid drama and getting dinner on the table takes a village (and all my brain cells some weeks) to accomplish. And at the end of the week, it’s this mama’s break time, with one (or let’s be honest maybe two) of these champagne cocktails and a hot Epsom salt bath!

My advice is to always use a champagne flute when drinking this cocktail because good golly those bubbles are divine and let’s be honest it’s one of my favorite things about this cocktail! Champagne flutes allow for the bubbles to flow freely upward and, the size of the glass can affect how the champagne tastes.

If you are making this for a group it’s easier (albeit a bit less exciting) to pour the champagne into the pitcher and let some of those bubbles die down so you don’t make a giant mess. But if you really want to get as much fizz as possible, mix all the other ingredients together and portion it out in the glasses. Then top up your glass with champagne and garnish for the most bubbles!

When I’m feeling extra fancy, I like to dip the rims into some cinnamon sugar, add a few apple slices and a star of anise spice for garnish.

So here’s to us! Cheers to us all for going out there and kicking butt every day of the week!
