  • 2 cups blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup greek yogurt


  • In a blender, add the unsweetened almond milk, banana, blueberries, greek yogurt.
  • Blend until very smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  • Add sliced banana, fresh blueberries, shredded coconut, and chia seeds. Enjoy!
