Ingredients

  • 2 medium carrots shredded
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 dates
  • 2 ripe banana
  • ½ cup walnuts whole
  • ½ cup pineapple
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together and blend on high for two minutes. 2. Enjoy!
