How to keep fruit salad fresh?
Citric Acid is the best way to keep your fruits fresh when they are in a salad. One of the easiest ways to preserve the color of fruits such as apples, pears, bananas, and avocados is to toss them in an acidic substance such as lemon or lime juice. We added citric acid to our delicious yogurt dressing.
