Breakfast is made easy with these delicious peach chia overnight oats. Start your morning off right even when you are rushed!

This post is brought to you in collaboration with Nancy’s Yogurt.
I don’t know about you but mornings around here once school starts get to be a little hectic. I’m constantly looking for ways to make healthy quick breakfasts that I can prep ahead and make in batches. So for that reason and the fact that peaches are so delicious right now these peach chia overnight oats are one of my new favorite breakfasts.

It’s so simple to mix together, start with 1 cup of oats, 3/4 cup of Nancy’s Organic Whole Milk Yogurt, 1/2 cup of peaches, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds. You can add a bit of sweetener if you like, I like to add a 1/2 teaspoon of stevia but you can also use honey too.

Mix it all together.

A splash of liquid to blend everything together is helpful. I use coconut water here but almond milk or regular milk are also perfect options.

Stir it all together and put it into your favorite little jars. I love these cute little mason jars, they are just the right size!

Happy breakfasting!
