This easy Peach Smoothie recipe combines yogurt, almond milk, banana, and peaches to create a creamy and refreshing breakfast.

These fantastic peach smoothies taste a lot like a creamsicle. I love the creamy texture of this smoothie.

How to make a peach smoothie?

When making this delightful peach smoothie you are going to want to start with the liquids. Place the almond milk, yogurt, banana and peaches in the blender. Then blend until nice and smooth.

Pour this delicious smoothie into 2 glasses and garnish with fresh peaches and mint sprigs and enjoy!

How to freeze fresh peaches for smoothies?

If you going to freeze fresh peaches so you can have this delicious smoothie all year long here are some tips. First toss 1 pound of peeled, sliced peaches with 1 Tbsp. of fresh lemon juice.

Then line the peaches on a cookies sheet with parchment paper. Freeze until solid, about 4 hours or overnight. Transfer the frozen peach slices to a freezer bag, and remove as much air from the bag as possible before sealing.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 banana halved
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen peaches
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • mint garnish

Instructions

  • Place the almond milk, yogurt, banana and peaches in the blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with fresh peaches and mint sprigs if desired. Enjoy!
