Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail

This Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail is the easiest cocktail for entertaining! Just 3 ingredients and no cooking!

I’m a sucker for a good cocktail. But a lot of them, especially the really pretty ones are filled with food colorings I don’t want to put in my body. When I learned about pomegranate champagne cocktails recently I couldn’t wait to give it a try!

The concept is pretty basic, pomegranate juice and pomegranate seeds are added to champagne, basically a mimosa but with pomegranate juice. Raspberries make an eye popping addition too. The color is gorgeous and everyone I have served these too raves about them. They are perfect for the holidays too as the red is so festive, garnishing with a sprig of rosemary is a trick I like to do around christmas too that plays up the colors even more.

Or add a rock candy stick to these and celebrate new years with them! They are super versatile.

Pomegranate champagne cocktails are basically the best idea ever (except maybe mimosa’s of course). When you space doing drinks for your next event definitely keep this one up your sleeve.

Speaking of champagne cocktails, if this one isn’t quite up your alley we also make these as blood orange champagne cocktails and for a really unique twist try our blackberry lavender champagne cocktails! Yes I have an obsession.

Happy entertaining!
