Just noticed the rice vinegar and I live pretty remote, (3 hours roundtrip to a grocery store on a Sunday). And I don’t have any right now. Any other suggestions?
You can use white vinegar with a bit of sugar. But I would start with 1/4 of the amount and add up from there. Rice vinegar is very mild and sweeter than regular vinegar. Hope that helps!
Dani
Hi Dani,
The recipe calls for a 1/3 cup chicken stock – do you know how many oxo/knorr cubes I should us for this? I’m a bit confused 🙂
Emily
Hey Emily,
I would just look at however many it takes to hydrate to 1 cup. Then just use 1/3 of the cup. Or if it’s like 3 cubes per cup than just divide to get to the closest quantity.
Hope that helps!
Dani
