We love sitting by the lake or at the backyard picnic table and drinking a pitcher of this wonderful daiquiri recipe while watching the kids play.

You can always make a mocktail version of this drink by just leave the rum out. It is delicious either way!

When the weather is hot and the sun is chasing you around there is nothing more refreshing than finding a little shade and pouring yourself a drink from a big pitcher of our strawberry daiquiris.

The spiciness of the jalapenos is the perfect balance to the sweet and classic flavor of the strawberry. These daiquiris are sure to disappear in no time when you bring the pitcher out and start to pass it around, so make sure you have enough for a second batch if you plan to share!

How to make a strawberry daiquiri?

We start by adding the best strawberries to a blender. Strawberries are our favorite summertime flavor and we take every chance we get to slip it into our drinks and other recipes. Then pour in all the rest of your ingredients and blend well. Garnish with mint, strawberry slices, and a paper or reusable straw.

What makes a daiquiri?

A daiquiri is a blended rum and citrus filled cocktail, perfect for cooling off in warm weather and a favorite of those on vacation. The daiquiri is a super simple rum cocktail that’s perfectly balanced. The combination of sweet, sour and spirit is refreshing in its tanginess and is simply irresistible.

Our strawberry jalapeno daiquiri is all those things and a little more with the extra added kick of jalapenos to spice up your taste buds while the rest of the ingredients cool you down. If you love a little bit of spice in your life this twist on the classic summer cocktail is going to be your new best friend this summer!
