Nothing says classy quite like these gorgeous Pink Lemonade Champagne Margaritas. The perfect champagne cocktail for weddings, showers or girls night out!
This Pink Champagne Margarita is fantastic! Want to know what true love is? Making all the champagne cocktails in the world for you while I was pregnant…and not being able to drink a single one.
Yes, it’s true my friends, in preparation for taking a maternity break to welcome our little dude we tested a bazillion (true number) of amazing delicious margarita champagne cocktails just for you.
Yes, I drank the virgin versions and yes the entire studio (including several unsuspecting folks who were there for a portrait shoot) were handed lots and lots of champagne cocktails for detailed taste tests. And yes, in case you were wondering I didn’t hear a single complaint out of any of them haha.
Yes, my friends, I suffered just for you.
Pink lemonade is the secret to these gorgeous little pink champagne margarita cocktails. The classic champagne margaritas are delicious of course, but adding in a pop of sweet pink lemonade puts these into dangerous territory.
And of course, when I say dangerous, I mean wonderful in the “I can’t really taste the alcohol but I know it’s there” and all the sudden I’m at the wedding dancing to Thriller like nobodies business and I just don’t care.
Not that I’ve ever done that of course….oh well yeah…. maybe I have done that.
Sorry…not sorry!
So grab some friends, and a pitcher of these and make it a high pinky affair kind of day. Serve them as your wedding signature cocktail (SUCH a good idea). Or your friend’s baby shower. Or on a random Tuesday.
Or (best idea yet) turn on the fiesta music, break out the tacos, and pour these into mason jars. There really is no wrong choice here other than not making them. Enjoy our Pink Champagne Margarita today!
We kind of have an obsession with champagne cocktails around these parts.

Made this for my daughter’s 35th and now making for a baby girl shower! I read one of your replies above omitting vodka. I don’t see vodka in your recipe. Am I missing an ingredient?
Oh goodness no that was an incorrect reply. I’ll go fix that. You can remove the tequila and triple sec to make it non alcoholic! It would be great to add some orange flavor in to replace the triple sec so I would use a splash of orange juice. You’d have to play with it to get it right ratio but that’s where I would start!
Thanks for clarifying. I didn’t remember using vodka too when I made these last time, phewww, tequila and champagne was enough! They were so good. I actually use Simply pink raspberry lemonade and float lime slices and raspberries in the mix over night. Then add champagne before serving.
What champagne did u use
We used Cook’s champagne but any champagne will work!
what substitutes would you use to make this non-alcoholic?
Hey Marian,
I would omit the vodka and triple sec and substitute something bubbly for the champagne. Orange flavored seltzer waters would be my first thought to get that triple sec flavor mimicked a bit.
La croix or if you can find DRY seltzers at your local Target they have some really fun flavors!
You may need to sweeten it a bit more too with some simple syrup but the lemonade may be sweet enough depending on how you mix it or buy it!
Warmly,
Dani
What flavor sugar stick do you use? I can only find cherry.
Hi Betty,
We just got plain sugar sticks!
Warmly,
Dani
Hi! I was wondering if you used tequila silver or tequila gold?
Tequila silver!
I am making for five people, should I just double these ingredients? Thank you!
Hi Alexis,
Doubling should work lovely for one round of drinks for everyone. 🙂

How many ounces would you say one batch makes ?
It makes 3 champagne glasses full, roughly 18 ounces.
These are the perfect colour for my pink Xmas in July. Just wondering, do I need to have a sugar stick for subsequent drinks? How long does the sugar stick last? The first drink will have a sugar stick but drink 2, 3, 4?
The sugar sticks last quite a long time, I would just do one per person. It’s mostly for looks.
Can you tell me what pink lemonade you used? I tried crystal lite, didn’t work too well. Would love to know. Many thanks!
We used Country Time pink powdered Lemonade mix to make these delicious cocktails. Enjoy, cheers!
I really love the color! So pretty!
